What You’ll Learn: Team leadership and effective communication Conflict resolution and managing workplace challenges Health & Safety responsibilities for managers (IOSH optional) Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) awareness Lean thinking and root cause analysis Who It’s For: Ideal for new or aspiring supervisors, team leads, or business owners looking to boost their leadership toolkit — no management experience required. Entry Requirements: Open to adults aged 19+ living in England who are employed, self-employed, or looking to progress into leadership roles. Progression: Opens the door to team leader roles, farm or site supervision, or further professional development in management or compliance.
